A Rossiter session is led by the Rossiter Coach (Level 5/Painslayer 1) will work with directing client (Person in Charge/PIC) to complete specific stretches on 1-2 particular areas of pain and discomfort. The coach, will place pressure with their foot on the area or surrounding area as the client stretches and breathes. The goal is stretching out the connective tissue which then lessens pain and discomfort-giving the body back space where space was intended. This modality is for those wanting to get out of pain.
